At NxGen, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or returns.

Please review product descriptions, sizing information, and size charts carefully before placing your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at officialnxgenhq@outlook.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can review it.

If approved, NxGen may offer a replacement or another appropriate resolution.

Please note: We are not responsible for normal wear and tear, damage caused after delivery, or sizing issues due to ordering the wrong size.
